To pay your sponsorship fees using PayPal, click the button below. Or, you can sign in to PayPal and
"send money" to
treasurer@maineevent.org.
SENDING YOUR PAYMENT VIA REGULAR MAIL
If you don't want to use PayPal, you can send your payment via regular
mail. Please be sure to mail your payment within 24 hours!
If for some reason this is not possible, you must contact the sponsorship
coordinator to
make other arrangements.
We accept both checks and money orders. Please make checks and money
orders payable to The Maine Event. All payment must be in US dollars.
Please mail your payment to the sponsorship coordinator.
Closing Dates, Payments and Fees
All sponsorships must be received and paid by 10:00pm Pacific Time on
July 29, 2019.
All fees/payments are due and payable within 24 hours of submitting a
Sponsorship Application via the website, phone, fax, email, or snail-mail,
and as such constitutes an agreement to pay for those sponsorships. All fees
must be paid in U.S. funds. Make money orders or bank checks payable to
"The Maine Event". Only checks issued from a United States bank can be
accepted. No post-dated checks will be accepted. Returned check fee — $30.00
plus any bank fees charged to the club; such checks must be claimed with
cash before the show begins.
Or, you can send a PayPal payment to treasurer@maineevent.org. Another option
would be to pay using a credit card. Please contact the Sponsor Coordinator
if you would like to use a credit card to process your Sponsorship
Application.
Should the show committee not accept your Sponsorship Application, all
fees paid and received by the club will be refunded to you within 3 days of
denial.
